Ingredients for healthy mutton bone soup Recipe | easy mutton bone soup | indian mutton soup recipe

 

Goat or sheep legs 4, Onion 1, Jeera 1 tsp, Coriander 1 tsp, Pepper 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Ghee 25 gm, Garlic 4 pieces, Ginger a small piece
Chilli powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder ΒΌ tsp,  Cinnamon, cardamon and cloves 10 gm

1. Clean the legs add turmeric powderandboil it on a big vessel by adding two litres of water and cook for half an hour at night


2. In the morning grind all the ingredients above except onion to a fine paste


3. Add this paste to the water in the legs and required salt and mix well and boil it
